I am sitting in my livingroom while my twins, both boys and 8 months old, are playing with each other. I just got home froma run at the local Target where I was about to spend 30 minutes of life explaining to the ignorant costumers that twins of interacial family come in all shades.. My twins are unique in their own way but I guess what it strikes people the most is their different complection. My son Xavier has the classic featuref of a caucasian baby while Damian has the feature of a light skinned african american. They are twins but it is not uncommon for interacial couple to experience this. ( A couple in Germany and one in England had the same experience ). I am just about done with the staring or asking me if I am the nanny or if only one is mine..WTH people it is 2010 get with the program. I wish I knew more interacial couple in my area but unfortunely my husband and I seem to be the only one.... Well I just wanted to vent because it took all I had not to go postal on those people.
